Nano Travel Chair – Limited Warranty Policy Thank you for choosing the Nano Travel Chair. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to supporting you. Please review the warranty details below.
1. Limited Warranty Coverage
The Nano Travel Chair is covered by a Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Period
Frame: 3 Years from the date of original purchase
Structural Components: 3 Years from the date of original purchase
Wear Components (tires, upholstery, bearings, cushion, straps, etc.): 90 Days from the date of original purchase Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Coverage – Other
All Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) third-party components integrated into the Nano Travel Chair solution are covered under the applicable OEM manufacturer’s warranty only.
Shipping & Returns for Warranty Review
Do not return products to Bowhead without Bowhead’s prior written consent.
Returns must be shipped freight pre-paid. Bowhead recommends that you insure the product for its full replacement cost when shipping.
Bowhead may request that specific components — or in certain cases the full Nano Travel Chair — be returned for inspection prior to approving warranty replacement.
Limitations
The following are excluded from warranty coverage:
Normal wear and tear.
Claimed defects, malfunctions, or failures resulting from abuse, neglect, improper use, improper assembly, improper maintenance, alteration, accident, misuse, or improper storage.
Damage or defects resulting from modification or installation of parts or accessories not compatible with the Nano Travel Chair as sold.
Operator error, extreme use, commercial or rental use, or improper follow-up maintenance.
Damage resulting from airline handling, airport transport, baggage systems, freight carriers, or other third-party transportation providers.
Excludes any labor, insurance, restocking, duty, brokerage, or shipping charges incurred in replacement part installation or repair of the product, unless specifically authorized in writing by Bowhead.
Only the original owner is covered by this Warranty; coverage is non-transferable.
Consumables or normal wear items (including tires, bearings, upholstery, straps, seat cushions, protective finishes, and travel bags).
Bowhead will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure, or loss caused by unauthorized service, disassembly, or use of unauthorized parts or components.
Other Terms
Unless otherwise provided, the sole remedy under the above warranty, or any implied warranty, is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts with those of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of Bowhead.
Bowhead is not responsible for direct, incidental, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, travel disruption, loss of use, or economic losses.
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by province, state, or country. This warranty does not limit rights that may apply under applicable consumer protection legislation.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To access warranty services, a Return Authorization Number (“RAN”) must be obtained by the original purchaser from Bowhead Corp.
The original purchaser must contact a Bowhead representative to discuss the issue with the Nano Travel Chair and to obtain a RAN prior to shipping any product. You will also be required to provide:
Proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice).
A description of the defect, including relevant images or video of the issue.
Your name, address, and telephone number. Bowhead will not replace any covered component under this Warranty without first reviewing images or video of the claimed defect.
Warranty Policy Updates
The manufacturer reserves the right to make ongoing updates and modifications to this warranty policy as needed. Any updates to the warranty will be communicated through o[icial channels and may reflect changes in product design, materials, or performance enhancements.
Updates will not a[ect the terms of coverage for products purchased prior to the e[ective date of the changes, unless explicitly stated.

Thank you for your interest in the Nano Travel Chair. Due to the nature of this product, please review our return policy carefully before completing your purchase.
All Sales Are Final
The Nano Travel Chair is non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased. All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for this product, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Travel schedule changes
Fit or performance preference
Shipping delays outside of our control
Order Review Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
Reviewing all product specifications and measurements prior to purchase
Verifying shipping information before order submission

Warranty
This return policy does not affect your rights under our standard product warranty. The Nano Travel Chair remains covered under our applicable warranty policy for manufacturing defects.
